1. The BEST Skinny Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1¾ cups buttermilk
½ cup Best Foods (Hellmans) light mayonnaise, see shopping tip
1 oz package Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
Instructions
1.In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Using a whisk, mix together until completely blended.
2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to thicken, before using. To thicken quicker, place in freezer and set timer for 15 minutes. Store dressing in refrigerator for at least 2-3 weeks. The shelf life depends on the expiration date of your buttermilk.
Makes 2¼ cups total, each serving 2 tablespoons

2. Creamy Italian Dressing
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup The Best Skinny Ranch Dressing (3 Ingredients)
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated, see food facts
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 small clove garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Prepare the skinny ranch dressing. You don’t need to refrigerate it before making this dressing.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of ranch dressing and all the ingredients. Mix until well blended.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to thicken and blend flavors.

3. Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

⅓ cup plus 1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 tablespoons vinegar, white wine, champagne or your favorite white vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh garlic clove, minced
